Gigi Turns ONE - AUGUST

Way behind as she'll be 13 months tomorrow! AH. But here is a picture of her on her birthday in August. Sweet Gigi is extremely steady on her feet, has 4 teeth up top to complement her 2 bottom teeth and survived Hand Foot Mouth during month 11. It was brutal. She stands up for herself and doesn't let herself get bullied around by her big sisters. Man, does she love Lilly and Bingo though! Like her sisters, she's a talker and makes herself heard. She communicates by pointing to things she wants and even though it's baby gibberish - she's really trying to talk to you. You can tell in her tones and the way she looks at you during conversation. She does say Mama and Dada. She's a pretty good eater but refuses to drink formula or milk of any kind from a bottle - that's right, she's still nursing. Her hair is curly and always looks like she has bedhead. She's a smiley baby. She's also pretty smart, bc instead of fighting for a toy from Bingo, she'll wait til Bingo puts it down and then she swoops in! She is so fast on the stairs! She really is such a delight and the sweetest kid ever. For her birthday we had family over for dinner and cake. Gigi wasn't too into the cake ...sweets are not anything new for this girl!
