As it becomes more and more apparent that Obama will be the next president of the United States, there becomes an increasingly more important question: where has the expensive wine gone? All signs point to a preemptive consumption of said taxable product, before Senators Obama and Biden can appropriate said wine for ostentatious and elitist democratic celebrations.
Ok, ok - over-exaggeration. Brian has been glued to Fox News, slowly drowning his sorrows of McCain's pending defeat in a lovely bottle of 2006 Kaesler Old Vine Shiraz (compliments of Barry and Amy Goodman). However, as Republicans we will take our defeat with dignity and class. There will be no lawsuits, name-calling or threats of emigration.
With the loss of Ohio to the Democrats, it looks as if McCain's twenty-year quest for the presidency has been officially scotched. Hats off to John McCain for fighting the good fight and best of luck to Barack Obama on governing a country that is still centrist at heart.
For those of you wondering about the title of the blog, please refer to the photo at the beginning of the post. Chalinee aka Bubba aka Bubs Tinaves, has been secretly plotting with the leftist elite. We have it on good authority that she has not only met with the opposition but has been devoting copious amounts of hours to assure the election of this year's Manchurian candidate.
Congrats to Bubs - an Obama supporter - must be nice to see your commitment and devotion culminate in an Obama victory. (even if we think you're wrong)
