Bingo Stops Epcot

checking out her map of Epcot, planning where to go first

Thursday was supposed to be our 5th and final day of Disney World. Lilly and I had breakfast with Chef Mickey and pals planned at the Contemporary Resort while Brian was in meetings and then he was supposed to meet us at Epcot. Lilly really enjoyed "Chef Mickey"  - she met Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto and Donald Duck and she ate like a champ. Perhaps we're heading towards a growth spurt?

Unfortunately during our late brunch and on the monorail ride to Epcot, I had such intense cramping/contraction? that we had to cancel. :( We never got farther than the "future world".

But of all the parks, I'm glad this is the one we had to short the Bug on. Although she was really excited to finally be there (we can see the "future world" from our hotel). Lilly was very sweet and understanding about the whole ordeal: "Bingo was kicking Mommy so we had to leave Epcot, but it's okay because we can go another day". Oh Lilly, more like we can visit Epcot 10 years from now!

I came home to the hotel where Brian put me on bed rest and Lilly and Brian spent the rest of the afternoon at the pool. In the evening we went out to dinner with some fellow conventioneers to Roy's. (We didn't go to Roy's while we were on Big Island this year and had such a marvelous time there in Oahu in 2010 - so Brian was super pleased to find out that there was one in Orlando).

Lilly fell asleep on the way there and let me tell you - Roy's is AMAZING. Not just because the food is to die for, or that you receive complimentary spicy edamame and two complimentary delicious appetizers and that YOUR KID receives complimentary kid-friendly appz. Roy's is amazing because they put together this bed for Lilly complete with a plush blanket and pillow. Our meal was fabulous.

Bingo is fine. Nothing out of the ordinary today. But Lilly did decide yesterday that Bingo can also be called Virginia. So there's another name besides Bingo!
