New House

Our most exciting news for the month of May is that in the same week we bought a house and sold our current house!

While we had planned on building, with the impending arrival of baby #3, Brian was feeling the pressure for more room. We always had our eyes and ears open and this house became available. We know the people who were moving and actually our good friends lived in the house prior.

Our current house went in less than 12 hours and was never really listed. It's a hot housing market in GF! The new house has just enough rooms and while we are sad to be leaving our part of town, Lilly and Bingo are really excited about having their own playground (the previous owners are leaving their backyard play set) plus two public parks and an elementary school park nearby! We don't move until mid-July, but until then here's a picture of our new house!
