Family of Five + Kitty

Our first few days at home weren't too bad! Brian was able to take Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday off before returning to work on Thursday the first week we brought Gigi home. Both girls took to her instantly and have been a VERY big help. Bingo and Lilly enjoy giving her baths with me, changing her diaper and of course holding her and giving her kisses. It's definitely been harder - we are all so busy now! Lilly started school a few days after Gigi was born, plus her activities and Bingo's activities have started as well. Brian and I both have busy schedules with his work and commitments and my commitments, but we've made it work. Grandma Dana has been able to take the girls at different points - which is very helpful. Slowly but surely we are getting there - its definitely about time management and that has never been my strong point. Buttercup knows there's a new person in the house, but she's been acting like its no big deal.

Bitty Baby can now be carried in the Ergo carrier (for dolls)...American Girl used to carry a baby bjorn but they recently discontinued it. A girlfriend gave Lilly this one as a big sister gift! 8.18.2013
