Lilly's First Day of School

Today was Lilly's first day of school! She started the first grade with Mrs. Stensland. We all walked Lilly to school this morning. No one from her kindergarten class is in her class - so she'll be making lots of new friends this year. She was a little nervous going to school this morning. She says her favorite thing about school today was eating lunch and art. Her art work today was based off the book, "The Kissing Hand". Lilly likes her teacher and thinks she's very nice. As a teacher gift we have Mrs. Stensland a bottle of vitamin water and a Clif bar with the following note: "a little bit of extra fuel for the first day of first grade!"
