Pesto!

The past week has been incredibly windy and a lot of my basil plants got blown over. Now there are at least 20 stems of basil in the kitchen window so Bingo and I made our own pesto! Usually you use Parmesan cheese but we excluded that. We used basil, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, pine nuts, salt and pepper. Blended it all together and done!
