Blizzard Estra

It's March in Grand Forks and that means all kinds of weather. The first weekend of March brought us a good amount of snow.

A few days later, it was melting and things were warming up. That Friday, Blizzard Estra hit. Every interstate was closed and North Dakota made the national news for having 800 cars stranded on the road.

Two days later, the temperatures soared into the 40's and the snow is melting! It seems like spring is finally on it's way! We came out of hibernation and went on our first walk of the year. After our walk we also brought Lilly's bike out for a test-ride. In two months she's grown tall enough that her feet reach the pedals!! She doesn't quite get that she has to push the pedals, but this summer we're sure she'll be zooming up and down the sidewalks!
